On October 24, 2026, at the premises of the European University of Tirana (UET), the fourth training within the program was held. “NextGen Entrepreneurs – Mentoring and Financing Program for Youth”, with a focus on the financial planning and management of a business.
During the training, participants were introduced to the key concepts and elements of financial management, including identifying initial and operating costs, setting prices, calculating profit margin and break-even point, and cash flow planning (cash flow). Special attention was paid to the importance of financial planning, cost control and efficient management of financial resources as essential elements for the development and sustainability of a business.
Through practical exercises, young people had the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained on their business models, working on drafting a quarterly financial forecast and identifying financial needs for the next stages of development. These activities aim to enable participants to assess the economic viability of their ideas, better plan available resources and make informed decisions for the development of their ventures.
Program “NextGen Entrepreneurs” implemented by Tirana Liberal Institute "Pashko" (ILP), with the support of Albanian Besa Capital Foundation (ABC), and aims to empower young people through practical training, mentoring and support for the development of innovative and sustainable entrepreneurial ideas.
