ABC FOUNDATION invites interested parties to submit draft proposals on:
“"Improving the social and economic status of children in need, based on the requests of local units.".
According to Save the Children statistics for 2020, Albania is the country with the highest number of children in poverty in Europe and the Western Balkans. The ABC Foundation takes this initiative to address this critical situation and the ongoing demands for more attention and care for children in need, in harmony with the National Agenda for Children's Rights 2021-2026.
ABC Foundation through this program grant remains committed to alleviating and improving the conditions of children in need in various situations, where the focus should be on:
- children with disabilities;
- ethnic minorities in need;
- isolated children, etc.
Specific projects could be implemented in specific areas aiming to: Identify typical cases of children in need; assess their basic needs for social and psychological support, basic means of livelihood, coordinate with profiled structures, etc.
Note: The Fund Limit for this call is 500,000 Lekë, with an implementation duration of 3-4 months.
