The ABC Foundation has signed a grant contract with ILP for the implementation of the project "NextGen Entrepreneurs - Mentoring and Financing Program for Youth", a winning project selected within the open call for project proposals for the promotion and development of youth entrepreneurship and the establishment of new businesses (start-ups).
As part of its program to support initiatives with social and economic impact, the ABC Foundation funded through a competitive process civil society organizations that contribute to the development of communities and the empowerment of various beneficiary groups. The project proposed by the Liberal Institute of Tirana “PASHKO” was selected as the winner thanks to its focus on promoting youth entrepreneurship and creating concrete opportunities for the professional development of young people.
The “NextGen Entrepreneurs” project aims to support 20–25 young people from across Albania through an integrated program of training, mentoring and business idea development. Participants will gain practical knowledge in entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation and financial management, while the most promising ideas will be developed into concrete business plans.
At the end of the program, an activity will be organized Pitch Day, where participants will present their project ideas to a professional jury. The winning idea will receive a starting grant of 100,000 ALL, creating a real opportunity for its transformation into a sustainable venture.
Through supporting this project, the ABC Foundation reaffirms its commitment to investing in the potential of Albanian youth, promoting innovation, self-employment and sustainable economic development.
