The Mission of “ALBANIAN BESA CAPITAL” Foundation is:

1. To encourage the development of economic activities of different subjects, juridical or physical persons that operate in the sector of small and medium business and private entrepreneurship in Albania, by creating job vacancies and encouraging self-employment;
2. To encourage collaboration between small and medium businesses and private entrepreneurship;
3. To encourage financial services in different areas of the country and access to them, in order to promote the development of local economy in the benefit of employment; 
4. To support the civil society and interest groups to improve the climate of business in Albania.
