This project aims to empower young people, cultural heritage bearers, artisans and local families to provide quality tourism services based on the identity and traditions of the area. Through the identification and documentation of cultural values, practical training, field mentoring and co-creation of a cultural itinerary, the project will build sustainable capacities for the development of cultural tourism in Zadrim\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n<p>During the implementation of the project, activities will be carried out to identify and document traditional practices, training in heritage interpretation and the provision of tourist services, practical coaching in the field, the development of a cultural itinerary, and the organization of a test visit with tour operators to promote and integrate the new tourist offer into the market.<\/p>\n\n<p>The main beneficiaries of the project will be the youth of Zadrima, cultural heritage bearers, artisans, local families and the wider community, who will have the opportunity to create and offer tourism products and experiences that generate income and promote the cultural identity of the area.
