The project proposed by the Liberal Institute of Tirana \u201cPASHKO\u201d was selected as the winner thanks to its focus on promoting youth entrepreneurship and creating concrete opportunities for the professional development of young people.<\/p>\n\n<p>The \u201cNextGen Entrepreneurs\u201d project aims to support 20\u201325 young people from across Albania through an integrated program of training, mentoring and business idea development. Participants will gain practical knowledge in entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation and financial management, while the most promising ideas will be developed into concrete business plans.<\/p>\n\n<p>At the end of the program, an activity will be organized <strong>Pitch Day<\/strong>, where participants will present their project ideas to a professional jury.
