The program seeks to support young people who have valuable\nbusiness ideas but face a lack of information, practical experience, or financial resources to\nimplement them. Through training, mentoring, and access to financing, the program aims to\ncreate favorable conditions for the development of new and sustainable enterprises.<\/p><p>Training sessions and professional practice will include, among others:<\/p><ul><li>Basic knowledge on creating and financing a new business;<\/li><li>The importance of creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship;<\/li><li>Market identification and development of a sustainable business model;<\/li><li>Preparation of strategic and business plans;<\/li><li>Skills for adapting to market conditions and challenges;<\/li><li>Development of communication skills and professional networking.<\/li><\/ul><p>After completing the training, participants will prepare a project idea and business plan, which\nwill serve as the fundamental document for launching their enterprise. The business idea must be\ninnovative, feasible, and financially sustainable over time.<\/p><p>In addition to training, the program offers the opportunity to participate in an application process\nfor <em>preferential loan<\/em> financing to establish a new start-up business or to strengthen a newly\ncreated enterprise. The program may be implemented in cooperation with <strong>public institutions,\nprivate institutions, and civil society organizations <\/strong>to ensure the quality and effectiveness of\nthe support.<\/p><p><em><strong>The maximum fund available for this call is 800,000 ALL, with an implementation period of\n3\u20134
