Application Process

The Grant Application must include all necessary information about the project and the applicant, so that the Selection Committee can undertake a thorough review to assist in making a decision on whether or not to support the applicant's proposal. The applicant's proposal, according to the application form, must include:
  • Description of the proposed project
  • The current situation regarding the proposed issue and the applicant's motivation
  • Description of the specific goal and objectives, the way to achieve them
  • Description of the plan of specific activities, the calendar of their implementation
  • Description of expected results and how they will be measured
  • Project implementation area
  • Beneficiaries, partners and coordination
  • Project monitoring and evaluation
  • The requested budget, other potential donors to the project
  • Previous projects or initiatives implemented
  • CV/Profile of the organization/entity, experience with other donors
  • The governance of the organization/entity, management structures

To draft the proposal, the applicant will use the Model Application Form, which can be obtained from the ABC information office or via the Foundation's website. (click for application form) .
